Haro’s Blackout XL was designed to be lightweight and incredibly fast, with a combination of Haro, Cliq and Citizen parts making the Blackout a pro-level race setup.
It’s built with a 6061-T6 heat treated alloy PTC disc frame for lightweight strength and durability, the Citizen carbon fork is paired with Cliq Addict heat treated chromoly bars to strengthen the front end without adding excess weight.
The Blackout XL sits on strong double walled rims that are wrapped in Kenda’s Konversion tires with a 19.5″ at the front and a 1.75″ at the rear. For stopping power Haro have utilised the Promax DSK-300 mechanical disc brake with 160mm rotor.
